Ebooks and the Transaction Process
1) What is an Ebook?
Ebook stands for Electronic Book. It simply refers to how the book is delivered to you, i.e. electronically.
If you get a copy of one my ebooks, you will have BOTH access to a page where you'll be able to download the book on your computer and I will also send you the book by Email.
Downloading is extremely easy and on the Download Page you'll find very easy step-by-step instructions.
2) Does it mean I have to read the book on my computer screen?
No. Absolutely not. You can print the guide so you always have access to it. You can read it in your favorite chair or during your lunch break!
What's great about ebooks is that you don't have to pay for shipping and handling. Within two minutes of the transaction, you can print the book and start reading it right away.
3) Can you describe to me the transaction process step-by-step?
A) The first thing will be to access the Order Page by clicking on one of the link or button that appears on the Main Page of the Website for the product you want to order.

B) At the Order Page, you can choose the method of payment you want to use.
You can choose to pay with a Credit Card, via your Pay Pal Account or with an Echeck (Please note that it can take up to 10 days for an echeck to clear. In other words, if you choose to pay with an Echeck you won't get access to the Ebook right away, but within or up to 10 days. )
C) After clicking on the method of payment's link or button, you will be transfer to the SECURE SERVER of the payment processing company.
The company uses sophisticated international fraud control to screen all purchases. For maximum card security, all orders are sent directly to the banking network for immediate authorization. The payment processing company does not store any credit card or bank account numbers.
Please don't hesitate to order online. I can guarantee you that the transaction will be safe and private.
D) Depending on the method of payment you have chosen, you'll then have access to a form where you'll provide your information or access a page where you'll confirm the product you want to order (by clicking the "Save and Check Out" button).
E) After the transaction, you will be transfer to a little form that will allow me to send you the Ebook by Email.
F) After filling that form, you will then have access to the Download Page.
On that page, you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to download the Ebook on your computer.
4) If I have any problem during the transaction or the downloading process, can I contact you? Will you help me?
Of course, I will! I'm a real person sitting at her computer many hours a day so you can rest assure that if you have a problem I'll be there to help you every step of the way.
During the day, I answer my email within an hour MAX. During the evening, I answer them before going to bed and during the weekend, I usually answer within a couple of hours unless I'm out of town. In that case, I answer my email on Sunday night.
